There was another house we could have purchased at the same time, which cost a lot more and would've garnered her a higher commission, but she sought out, and excitedly called to tell us that, the one which better fit our family and finances was actually available again, and we got it. :)

Jami is nice, prompt, and competent. We never had a moment's difficulty getting in touch with her, which is AMAZING when everything feels so urgent! Thanks to her long experience, she understands the market, and has relationships with realtors in the area. Though it was a distance for her to travel, to show us homes, she never seemed put out by it and always tried to make a showing work, when we found something we were interested in. In buying the house, she kept us updated and informed, through every step of the process.
